About Sprout Pediatric Therapy

Hayes is a dedicated speech-language pathologist with five years of experience serving children and families across Western Kentucky. She earned my Master’s degree from Murray State University and holds current state and national certifications.

Her therapy approach is rooted in the belief to “love them first and treat them second,” focusing on building a trusting relationship with each child to create a safe, supportive space for growth. Additionally, she specializes in communication and early feeding skills and hold additional certifications in assessing and treating tethered oral tissues (TOTs). Personal experiences with infant feeding and the growing needs in our community also led her to pursue training in lactation support.

Outside of work, Hayes enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and making memories with my husband and their two precious kiddos. Hayes is passionate about helping children reach their milestones and look forward to being part of your child’s journey!

 Morgan is a pediatric speech-language pathologist with six years of experience helping children grow through communication. As co-owner of Sprout Pediatric Therapy, she’s known for her warm, creative approach to supporting kids with communication and feeding challenges. Morgan is passionate about supporting and advocating for children with complex communication needs, empowering them and their families to find their voice and connect with the world around them. Her dedication extends beyond the therapy room—she serves on the Board of Directors for Families on the Spectrum, reflecting her heartfelt commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in the autism community. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, and soaking up sunshine with her fiancé, Noah
