Sprout Pediatric Therapy was established in 2023 by two speech-language pathologists who have a combined 9-years of experience in various pediatric settings. Founders, Hayes Oliver and Morgan Colley, noted a steadily growing need for infant and toddler feeding services in our underserved community. Our therapists aim to equip and educate families who have been left feeling defeated in their child's developmental journey. In addition to our up-to-date and individualized feeding treatment plans, we also provide speech and language therapy services. Our therapy approaches utilize evidence-based interventions to support and improve your child's overall communication and feeding skills.

I am a passionate speech-language pathologist with four years of experience working in various pediatric settings across the Western Kentucky area. I hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Murray State University, as well as up-to-date state and national certifications. Following my mission trip to Belize, Central America in 2018, I was deeply inspired to serve children and somehow, improve their overall quality of life. This led me to the field of Communication Disorders and Speech-Language Pathology. Following six years of rigorous course work and clinical externships, I knew this career would allow me to serve children and their families during very critical and vulnerable times. My passion for helping children is not limited to communication skills, but also early feeding skills, to ensure a solid foundation for overall growth and development. My personal experiences with early infant feeding, coupled with the high demand of support needed within our local communities, sparked my interest to pursue additional certifications within the field of lactation. I continue to further my education in order to provide support and education for new mother's and their infants. I am committed to supporting children in reaching their communication and feeding milestones, while simultaneously fostering and building meaningful relationships. I take pride in being a part of each child's unique journey to improved communication and quality of life. I look forward to our journey together to help your child THRIVE!
